Online therapy for anxiety and the patterns underneath
You might be here because anxiety doesn’t feel manageable right now, even if it’s hard to put into words. I offer online therapy for anxiety, as well as support with trauma, self-worth, and relational patterns that often sit underneath. It offers a space to slow things down, understand what’s going on, and find a steadier way forward.
You might recognise yourself in some of the following:
- You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted
- You struggle with self-criticism or a sense of not being “good enough”
- You feel affected by past experiences or relationships
- You notice yourself repeating patterns you want to change
- You tend to put others first while your own needs go unmet
- You feel unsettled, disconnected, or unsure during life transitions

What working together is like
My approach combines practical strategies for immediate relief. Alongside this, I use deeper EMDR processing where appropriate, so you can feel better now while also addressing what sits underneath.
I work to understand the full picture of what’s contributing to your current difficulties, including your experiences, patterns, relationships, and wider context, so we can decide how to move forward in a way that fits you.
Depending on what’s needed, this may involve deeper exploration, practical tools, or a combination of both.
The aim is not just insight, but meaningful, sustainable change in your day-to-day life.
